  • Multiport Selector Valve (MSV)

    The Oil States Multiport Selector Valve (MSV), also known as the Rotary Selector Valve (RSV), is a highly efficient fluid-control system that allows for two-way diagnostic communication. The eight-port valve typically serves seven wells to a group port, such as a holding tank battery, while the remaining port can send product to another location like a testing lab. This permits in-line testing without taking the remaining wells off line.

    Manual or remote operation available by an actuator controls automation of the flow. Models are available in pipe thread or ANSI Classes 150, 300, 600, 900 or 1,500 RF flanged connections.  Self-contained skidded units are available with oil and water separators included.

  • Piggable Wye Fitting

    The Oil States Piggable Wye is a Y-shaped fitting for shallow and deepwater subsea pipeline applications that permits pigging and cleaning of lateral lines.

    Designs are available in both symmetrical and asymmetrical configurations for various pipeline applications. All designs readily accept standard pipeline pigs, including cup and disk models, for cleaning pipelines.

  • VR Connector

    The Oil States VR Connector (VRC) is a pipeline connector that allows vertical removal of pipeline sections where little or no tolerance exists and there is a need for frequent removal or rotation to maximize wear life inside the pipe. The VRC is typically used in pipeline operations where abrasive product flow such as oil sands, slurry, backfill, etc. significantly wear the inner diameter of the pipeline. To maximize wear life, the pipeline must be unbolted, raised, rotated and bolted back together, which is heavily labor intensive.
